The ProVent 200 is designed to stop excess oil vapors from the crankcase from getting into the intake and the turbo, which rots your hoses and fills your intercooler with oil. Beware of cheap knock-offs. We only sell genuine MANN+HUMMEL parts, made in Germany.

Includes the housing and (1) filter element. Additional replacement filters are available. The element will need replacing between 20k-30k miles.

Not Just Another Catch Can

Late model diesel emissions systems are required to return internal gasses from the crankcase back into the air intake system. This air often has tiny droplets of oil called blow-by, and over time accumulate, clogging up intake manifolds, intercoolers and turbochargers, generally reducing performance of your vehicle. EGR valves and coolers are also clogged, turning the normally dry carbon or soot into a sludgy tar like substance again slowly reducing performance and economy of your vehicle over time.

Mann utilizes technology from their compressed air industry knowledge and adapts it to the filter element used in the Mann ProVent 200 – separating around 98% of contaminates. The ProVent 200 is also fitted with an integrated safety valve to guard against irregular crankcase pressure.
