Warranty

Warranty periods vary from item to item, depending on manufacturer, terms of sale and intended use. Where available, the warranty period will be listed on the Product Detail page. Please contact us for any questions about warranty for a particular part.

Any applicable warranty coverage, if approved, will only provide a replacement part or a refund. Under no circumstances is labor covered under warranty. Advanced replacement parts are not provided. Faulty parts must be returned for inspection prior to issuance of any applicable replacement part or refund, if approved.

In addition to the warranty limitations described above, claims will not be reimbursed for the cost of any of the following: diagnostics, modifications, towing, alternate transportation, lodging, lost wages, shop costs or supplies, sales tax or any other charges not related to direct replacement of the product.

Any credit paid is a gesture of good will only and is not (and should not be construed as) an admission of liability, wrongdoing, or improper conduct on the part of SasquatchParts or any other person or entity. By accepting any credit, you release all further claims related to the product.

SasquatchParts expressly disclaims all warranties as to our product’s quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for any purpose, and any other warranty.

Warranty Process

To begin a warranty claim on an item you must contact us to obtain a warranty RMA code. After obtaining a warranty RMA code you must return the product to our warehouse. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty inspections are most often completed by the manufacturer or manufacturer representative – once we receive the return the item will be forwarded to the manufacturer. Warranty results may not be available for 8-10 weeks or more. If the warranty inspection approves the warranty claim, we will provide a full refund or replacement for the warrantied product. PRODUCTS SUBMITTED FOR WARRANTY CANNOT BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER, REGARDLESS OF INSPECTION RESULTS.


Advanced Replacement Policy

In order to obtain an advanced replacement (i.e., get a replacement part before returning the faulty unit) the customer must place a new order and pay for the replacement item and shipping costs. Once the return is received we will notify the customer. If the warranty is approved we will refund the replacement item cost in full. If the warranty is denied, no refund will be provided.


International Customers

We cannot cover warranty return or replacement shipping from outside the United States. Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for any and all costs related to getting parts back to the United States if they wish to submit them for warranty or refund.

Any replacement items must be shipped to the original country of delivery. For example, if an order is delivered to the United States any additional or replacement shipments must also be delivered to the United States and cannot be delivered to Canada.
