Intercooler Hoses

Top quality intercooler hose kits for the 2016-2022 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon with the 2.8l Diesel engine. These kits are far superior in quality compared to the OEM hoses which are thin walled and made in China.

We offer two different intercooler hose kits: Choose either the 2-piece kit or the 5-piece kit. The 5-piece hose kit replaces all of the silicone hose connectors in the CAC system, including the turbocharger air inlet connector. The 2-piece kit, which is offered at a lower price, replaces just the primary hoses that connect to the intercooler which are the ones most likely to fail. (We don’t typically see the other smaller hoses fail.)

Our hose kits retain the factory metal and plastic CAC tubes, as well as the integrated sensor. They will flow the same amount as the factory configuration, and will not impact emissions compliance. Our hose kits replace the OEM quick connects that are known to leak and fail prematurely, utilizing a special CNC machined intercooler adapter to eliminate these quick connects.
