Q: My order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

A: First check with neighbors and around your property — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us using the form below with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

How long does shipping take?
Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship from Saint Paul, Minnesota. If an item is on backorder we will notify you by email with an estimated ship date.

International shipping
Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We ship to the US, Canada, and select other countries. We may be able to ship to your location, but we would need your full shipping address to check shipping options and provide a quote.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes charged by their country.

Please note: We are not able to confirm fitment outside of North American market vehicles. If your vehicle is left-hand-drive, compatibility is assumed but cannot be guaranteed, and we would not be able to accept returns or provide support for international orders. If you wish to proceed, please contact us with your full shipping address and we will go from there.

Do you ship to California?
Q: Do you ship to California?

A: Most of our products ship to California without any restrictions. However, our ProVent catch can kits cannot be shipped to California due to stricter emissions regulations enforced by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

Our ProVent kits are SEMA Certified 49-state emissions compliant — EPA compliant in all states except California. If you are a California resident interested in the ProVent kit, unfortunately we are unable to fulfill that order.

All other products in our catalog — including intercooler hose kits, timing belt kits, lift pump kits, and accessories — ship to California normally.

Q: Will this kit fit my specific year and model?

A: All of our products are listed by vehicle — make sure you select the correct platform (Colorado/Canyon 2.8L Duramax or Jeep Liberty 2.8L CRD) before adding to cart. If you are unsure whether a specific product fits your truck, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm compatibility.

Q: A product I need is out of stock. When will it be back?

A: Restock timelines vary by product. For items that go out of stock frequently — like our intercooler hose kits — demand often spikes when OEM parts become unavailable. Use the Notify Me option on the product page if available, or contact us to ask about the current ETA.

Can I buy individual components from a kit?
Q: Can I buy individual components from a kit rather than the full kit?

A: Our kits are sold as complete sets and individual components are not available separately. There are some exceptions — if you need a specific replacement part please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.

Timing Belt Tool Rental

How the timing belt tool rental works
Q: How does the timing belt tool rental work?

A: You can rent our 2.8L Duramax timing belt tool kit from the product page. Once you are done with the tools, visit our website to generate your prepaid return shipping label. Return the tools in the original packaging within the rental period to avoid additional charges.

After your return is received by us, please allow 3-4 business days to process your refund.

Timing belt tool rental — return shipping label and deposit refund
Q: I’m having trouble generating my return shipping label for the tool rental.

A: Visit our Return Label page to generate your prepaid return shipping label. If the site is giving you an error please contact us using the form below with your order number and we will email the label to you directly.

Q: When will my deposit be refunded?

When your tool rental is received by us, the tools will be carefully inspected for damage and missing parts. Please allow 3-4 business days for inspection and processing your refund.

A: Yes — the tool kit is available for purchase when in stock. Availability varies. If it shows as out of stock, contact us to ask about the expected restock date or check back on the product page.

Q: I think I ordered the wrong part for my vehicle. What should I do?

A: Contact us right away using the form below before installing anything. Include your order number and your vehicle’s year, make, and model. We will confirm whether you have the right part and help you exchange it if needed. Do not install a part you are unsure about — installation voids the return window.

Return policy
Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, uninstalled items in original condition. To start a return, visit our Return Label page to generate your return shipping label. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping is non-refundable.
