Return Policy

You may return products according to the following terms, and provided they are in new condition, no parts are missing, and the product packaging is not damaged.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval by us.

Products returned to us for refunds must be shipped to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. After 14 days, refunds will not be issued, only store credit. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

  • Products that have been installed or used may not be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping and insurance charges.
  • Products damaged or lost during return shipping will not be refunded or credited.
  • All refunds are subject to 20% processing fee. (There is no processing fee for store credit.)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • If your purchase was eligible for free shipping or flat rate shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your final credit or refund.
  • We do not accept partial returns of parts sold as a kit or bundle. No exceptions.

What’s the timeline for my return/refund/credit?

  • About 5-10 Business Days for us to receive your package, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund/credit.
  • About 2-10 Business Days for your financial institution to credit your account (does not apply for store credit).

Items Damaged in Shipment

All merchandise is inspected to be complete and free from any damage before shipping. Shipment discrepancies, damage or manufacturing defects claims must be made within 5 days of package delivery. SasquatchParts will not be responsible for any shipments once the shipment has exceeded the 5 day allowable limit.

All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to SasquatchParts before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of your claim.

To request approval for a return of a damaged shipments, contact us immediately and include photos of the packaging and the damaged contents.


Non-Deliverable Items

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses caused by orders submitted with PO Box delivery.

If we ship and item to you and the item is returned to us due to a non-deliverable address, you will be refunded for your order less the original shipping fees, any fees imposed by the carrier, as well as a 15% processing fee.

If we ship and item to you and the item is lost in transit and not returned to us due to a non-deliverable address, you will not be refunded for your order until after the carrier insurance claims process is fully completed. Your refund will be your order total or the maximum carrier-insurance reimbursement, less the original shipping fees, any fees imposed on by the carrier, as well as a 15% processing fee.


Refused Shipments

Refusing a shipment does not automatically constitute the right to refund, exchange or credit.  Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% processing fee. The customer is responsible to make appropriate arrangements with us for disposition of refused shipments.


Core Returns

You must obtain an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number before making any return. We cannot identify a return without an RMA number and items returned without RMA numbers attached will be refused.

Return shipping on cores is the responsibility of the customer. If a customer requests a prepaid return label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the final core refund.

Core returns for refund must be made within 30 days of the original order date. Store credit will be issued for core returns on orders up to 45 days old. Core returns cannot be accepted on orders older than 45 days.

All product cores must be returned in their original box. Refunds will not be issued on cores that are returned without the original box.

All injection pump cores must be returned fully assembled with all components intact. Disassembled cores or cores missing components will not be refunded.
